registration error 408

Postby chadro77 » Mon Apr 21, 2008 2:12 pm

Hi I have been using eyebeam for abotu a month now with My ATT voip.

It has worked ok unitll this morning. When we came into work this morning all of our softphones gave a " registration error: 408 - Request Timeout"

Please help.. AT&T has tested things on their end and has no issues.

I have checked all my settings in the soft phone and all are correct.

Please try to turn off the QoS in Options|Advanced Menu|Quality of Service tab from eyebeam

I have not, what do I plug in as the stun server?

Should I disable ICE?

Please check with your provider if you need to specify a proxy server.

Can you tell me whether you have solved your issue with this? I am having the exact same issue and my provider is AT&T voip. I would appreciate any assistance.

user registration solution

we also have ATT voip. the problem was with ATT's user details, SIP account settings, domain. ATT had to give us another domain setting and select outbound domain versus proxy.
